# As a company

If you're a company looking to hire talent, follow these steps to register on StackTalent:

1. **Access the company registration page:** Select the "[Company Registration](https://app.beta.stack-talent.com/login-company)" option from the Stack Talent homepage.
2. **Provide your personal details:** Fill in the basic information required about your profile.
3. **Provide your company details:** Supply basic information about your company, including its name, contact email, and choose a secure password.
4. **Create your company profile:** After registration, access your company dashboard. Complete your company profile by adding a detailed description, upload your company logo, and provide other relevant information.
5. **Create job listings:** You are now ready to create detailed job listings and publish them to attract qualified candidates.
