# Communication with candidates

Effective communication with candidates is key to a successful recruitment process:

1. **Messaging:** Use Stack Talent's messaging system to communicate with candidates directly through the platform. Send interview invitations, provide updates, or request additional information.
2. **Interview coordination:** Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, ensuring a smooth and convenient process for both parties.
3. **Feedback and notifications:** Provide timely feedback to candidates on their application status, whether they are progressing in the process or not. Candidates appreciate clear and transparent communication.
4. **Offer and onboarding:** Once you've identified the right candidate, extend a job offer through the platform and initiate the onboarding process.
