5. **Job listing validation process:** Before your job listing becomes visible to potential candidates, it must be validated by an internal member of the Stack Talent team. This validation process ensures that the listing meets our quality standards and provides an optimal experience for both employers and candidates. Once your job listing is validated, your company will receive a notification, and the job posting will become visible on the Stack Talent platform. Any subsequent modifications to the job listing will also go through the validation process.
6. **Chat with talents:** Stack Talent provides a convenient messaging feature for companies. You can easily communicate with all candidates who are in the recruitment pipeline. This feature enables efficient communication and collaboration throughout the hiring process.
