# Sort & manage applications

Efficiently manage incoming applications and candidates:

1. **Application dashboard (Career Center):** Access your application dashboard to view a comprehensive list of job applications received by your company.
2. **Filter and sort:** Utilize filtering and sorting options to organize applications based on criteria such as job title, application date, or candidate qualifications.
3. **Candidate profiles:** Click on individual candidate profiles to review their details, including resumes, cover letters, and responses to application questions.
4. **Shortlisting:** Easily shortlist candidates for further evaluation or interview rounds.
